Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we will send a prepaid return label and return instructions to your email address within 2 business days. Please return the item within 14 days of your confirmed withdrawal. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns submitted without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
