Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any cancellations or changes within 12 hours of ordering, after that time all requests will be denied.

Your order can be returned or exchanged by a preferred style for free for a full refund after it is received and confirmed by us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary from 3 to 25 days, depending on the final destination of your order. You can find everything in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To start your return/refund process you can always contact us for any return question at hi@palatiumlux.com or follow the steps in Refund & Return Policy.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 days from when we receive the item(s).

Damage & exceptions apply to my purchases?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
